Eagle County real estate in November boasts the month with the highest total dollar volume since 2007, in large part due to the sale of a hotel in Vail for a total sales price of $121M.
The year-to-date sales volume and consistent monthly transactions brings us slightly ahead of the total number of transactions and volume of 2015.

Eagle was the area with the highest number of transactions at 23, followed by Gypsum with 17, and closely trailed by Beaver Creek with 16. East Vail, Eagle-Vail, Avon, Homestead and Edwards were clustered with transactions from 11 to 14.
Cordillera had 6 sales totaling more than $11.5M; creating an average sales price of $1.9M for November.

Thirteen of the 203 total transactions in November were new construction sales, totaling nearly $10M in total dollar volume.
 
November Sales of Note:
A home in East Vail was the highest priced residential sale at $3.7M; $580 per square foot.
